She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forrest and Dorothy Mae Welch (Rambo); and her brother John Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Donald Milner; her children, Scott Milner and Sheila Dailey; her grandchildren, Zach Milner, Colby Ayres, Lexi Milner, Jessica Shook, Jody Shook and Josie Bui; her great grandchildren, Brennan Seifert, Kaiden Shook, Jessiah Bui and Deklin Bui; and her brothers, Keith Welch and Tim Welch (Martha). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
