He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Horsfall and Bertha Horsfall (Vlasak). He is survived by: his children, George D. Horsfall, Jr. (Beverly) of Mantua, Debbie Zobal of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Jackie O'Dell of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Lynn Horsfall of Ohio and Joan Papciak of Northfield. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
