She was predeceased by: her parent Curt White; her husband Thomas Shook; and her sons, Steve Shook and Rodney Shook. She is survived by: her parent Mildred White; her grandchildren, Tiffany Confer, Tasha Shook-McQuaide (Kevin), Tyson Shook (Katelyn) and Trey Shook (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Caglea, Cabryanna, Gracie, Triton, Croston and Nixon; and her daughter-in-law Jean Shook of Blue Rock.
