He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Bush; his son Eian Bush; his grandparents, Herman, Rosalee Bush (Gillespie) and Fred Dusenberry (Wilma); and his uncle Jim Jesse.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Bush (Dusenberry); his sister Cheryl Dumolt; his aunt Teresa Jesse; his nephews, Aaron and Adam Dumolt; and his close friends, Larry Wells (Darlene), Jeremy Palmer, Annie, Daisy and Teddy. He is also survived by 5 great nephews, 2 great nieces and several cousins.
