He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur F. Clapper and Glenna M. Clapper (Rammage); and his sister Doris M. Swope. He is survived by: his wife Beverly E. Clapper (Long); his children, Roy Dale Clapper and Judy Ann Clapper; and his sisters, Norma Coyle (Jerry), Edna Huston (Larry), Rose Harding (James) and Jane Ayers (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
