He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Mills; and his siblings, Paula, Rhonda and Gary. He is survived by: his children, Ashleigh Mason, Charles Edward Wheeler II and Gary Micheal Wheeler; and his siblings, Michael Ellis, Ronald Jones, Bill Ellis, Tina Chidester (Jack) and Donna VanValkenburg (Rocky). He is also survived by three grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
