He was predeceased by: his parents, Lile Hayslip and Bessie Hayslip (Graham); his son Christopher Hayslip; and his brother Manfred Buck Hayslip. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Mae Hayslip (Miller) of Blue Creek; his children, Dennis Welch (April) of Manchester, Roger Hayslip, Jr. (Melinda), Evan Hayslip (Elizabeth) of West Union, Curtis (Sadie) of San Antonio, Texas, Jennifer Cantrell of Maysville and Sarah Hayslip of Peebles; his siblings, Randy Hayslip (Sandy) of West Union, Carol Fetters of West Union, Linda Bevins (Dick) of West Union, Sherry Rogers of West Union and Rosie Miller (Buck) of Peebles; his grandchildren, Dennis Jr. (Jayanne), Kaitlynn, Kaylee (James), Mason, Brookelynn, Karah, Ariel, Little Richard, Maybelle, Kiana, Beau, Mariah and Carter; his great grandchild Kashton; his uncle Burt Hayslip; his aunts, Roxie Royster (Bill), Peggy Grooms (Charles) and Marshalynn Miller (Ronnie); and his close friends, Rex, Joyce Setty, Kelly Grooms, Patricia Funk, Amber, Andrea, Anabelle and Keaton Grooms. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
