We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Paul D. Clark (Blue Creek, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Clark and Ruby Clark (Wilkins); and his former wife Julie Ann Clark. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his close friend Antwerp; his children, Cristal Ann Moore (Jamie) of Grover Hill, Shelly Lynn Kohart (Fred) of Payne, Samuel Elliott (Tandy) and Matthew Elliott (Tera) of Ft. Wayne; his grandchildren, Andrew Moore (Jordan), Megan Moore, Logan Kohart, Evalyn Kohart, Alexander Kohart, Alisa Elliott, Mason Elliott, Parker Bowman and Ridley Elliott; his great grandchild Willow Elliott; and his brother David Clark (Tanya) of Lima.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to the Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, Ft. Wayne.
