She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tumbleson and Welda Tumbleson (Evans); her former husband Orval Garrett; her husband John Weaver; and her son John Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Martin of Minford, OH, Ida Williams (Daniel), Betty Lockhart of West Union, OH, Mary Gifford of Blue Creek, OH, Bernice Roe (Tim), Larry Garrett (Carolyn), Bill Garrett of West Portsmouth, OH, Ronald Garrett (Kathy) and Russell Garrett (Mona). She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
