She was predeceased by: her parents, Mace Montgomery and Lula E. Daniels Montgomery; her husband Bruce P. Francis; and her siblings, Mason Montgomery and Polly Howard.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Francis; and her siblings, Sandy Montgomery, Bill Montgomery (JoAnn), Clyde Montgomery (Sally), Phyllis Beasley and Sara Cantrell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
