He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ruth Garrett; his children, Greg Garrett of Blue Creek, OH, Brett, Karen Garrett of Peebles, OH, Kim Garrett Myers of Winchester, OH, Kevin Garrett of Blue Creek, OH, Amber and Danny Vickers of Bellevue, KY; and his siblings, Jessie Martin of Minford, OH, Bill Garrett of West Portsmouth, OH, Ida (Daniel Williams), Betty Lockhart of West Union, OH, Ronald (Kathy Garrett), Russell (Mona Garrett), Mary Gifford of Blue Creek, OH and Bernice (Tim Roe). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; his 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
