She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett A. Evans and Kathleen Sadie Stepp Evans; her husband David E. Blevins; her sons, Richard Craig Blevins and David Wayne Blevins; her grandson David Sanford Blevins; and her brother Richard C. Evans.
She is survived by: her son Randall Blevins (Tina); her sisters, Vivian Hagen, Ruth McKenzie and Jessie Evans; and her grandchildren, Malissa Sarver, Roger Blevins Jr., Mitchell Blevins II, Richard Craig Blevins and Victoria Blevins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
