With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James O. Winn Jr. of Blue Creek, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orval and Esta Ione Winn (Chamblin); and his siblings, Carol Ball, Claire Winn, Clara Winn and Robert Winn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Winn (Matthews) of Blue Creek; his daughter Diana Lindquester (Jerry) of Clyde, Texas; his nephew Jamie Ball of Cincinnati; and his great-nieces, Emma Marie Ione Ball and Elena Rose Lee Ball.
