He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stepp and Edna Mae Evans Stepp; and his sister Marilyn G. Stepp. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly K. Smith Of Lucasville (Jeff), Fern Mathews of Coldspring Kentucky, Elaine Stepp of Fort Myers, Darlene Nichols (Dan) of Williamsburg and Steve Stepp (Linda) of Cherry Fork. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
