She is survived by: her children, Jim Pauley (Peggy), Robert Hackworth (Shelly), Jodi Piatt (Heath), Gail Kegley (John) and Kay Moman (Anthony); and her sister Bernice Fortenberry. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
