She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Cook and Barbara Cook (Daulton). She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Hardymon of Blue Creek, JoAnn Morgan of West Union and Terry Grooms of West Union; her sister Katie Keep of West Union; and her grandchildren, Justin Hardymon, Stevie Grooms, Carl Kimmberly, Tiffiny Grooms and Tyler Grooms. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Gospel Light House Church.
