He is survived by: his fiancée Diane Maxwell of Blue Creek, OH; his children, Charles (Vanessa Hagar), Beverly Thomas of North Carolina, Misty (Patrick Taylor), Evonne (Terry Tucker), Lisa Colwell of Wyoming, Jodie Bowlin (Colwell) of Nevada and Troy Evans of Lynx, OH; and his siblings, Kathy Colwell, Wayne Colwell, Theresa Campbell and Alice Colwell. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
