In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carl leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Carl may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maude Jenkins and Henry Jenkins; and his children, Brenda, Carl Jr. and Rick. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grand-children, great-grand children, and great-great grand children.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
