He is survived by: his parent Shelby Parks (Moore); his wife Sherry Parks of Blue Creek; his son Billy Dewayne Parks of West Union; his siblings, Shirley Pollard of West Union, Gusta Parks, Karen Little of Peebles, Sammy Parks of Marysville, John Parks of West Union, Jack Parks of West Union, Stevie Parks of Columbus and Mikey Parks of Columbus; his grandson Dylan Parks of Georgetown; his brothers, Skylar Parks and Kyleigh Parks of Aberdeen; his great grandchild Ayden Kennedy; and his close friends, Jimmy Hayslip of Lynx, Dee and David Lynch of Blue Creek. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Moores Chapel Cemetery.
