He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Templeton (Larry) and Linda Leak (Jim); his grandchildren, Lori K. Fishel, Amy McIntosh and Robert "Bo" Leak; his great grandchildren, Derek A. Leak, James Dean Leak, Seth Hunter, Blake Hunter and Jillian Domino; and his great great grandchild Hazel Hunter.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is having private services.
