With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas F. Phalen Jr. of Blue Ash, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Anne Phalen (Imwalle); his children, Thomas III, Tim (Nyioka), Brian (Julie) and Christina (Tom Chansky); his grandchildren, Ben, Ashley, Jonathan, James Phalen, Bree Kelly (Christopher), Gabbey, Ella Phalen, Cora, David Phalen, Hope and Luke Chansky; his parents, Thomas F. Phalen, Sr. and Helen Farrell Phalen; his sister Anne Marie Szumigala; and his cousin Tom Myers (Lilia).
