He was predeceased by: his grandfather Paul Carter Heisey. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Johnson (Tammy Kaiser) and Kim Shields (Tom); his siblings, Kyle Johnson and Annalyse Shields; and his grandparents, Donna, Bob and DJ Johnson.
