She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Oakes and Pauline Oakes; and her brother Timothy Oakes. She is survived by: her husband Philip Scarbrough; her children, Christine Scarbrough-Key and Michael Scarbrough (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Cassandra Key, Preston Key and James Scarbrough; and her sisters, Debra Walker (Anthony), Dianne Griffith and Pat Oakes.
