He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Ann Holt; and his children, John Henry Holt, Jr. (Jane), Paul Joseph Holt (Cyrena), Timothy George Holt, Mary Elizabeth O'Leary (late David), Lisa Carol Holt-Taylor (Berry), Christopher James Holt, Douglas Edward Holt (Charlene), Edward Martin Holt (Kim), Margaret Mary McLaughlin (William), Joseph Anthony Holt (Andrea) and Patrick Thomas Holt (Anjenean). He is also survived by grandchildren and 16 treasured great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati in John's memory.
