He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Ritenour and Marie Ritenour; and his sister Mary Cynthia Hill. He is survived by: his wife Joy Burns Ritenour; his children, Rebecca Lammers and Joseph Bell; his stepson Roger Flege; his grandchildren, Iris Lammers, Magnolia Lammers, Bennett Bell, Eleanor Bell and Damen Flege; and his siblings, Rosemary Ellis (Paul), Kathryn Clark (John), Richard William Ritenour, Marie Elena Raver (Bryan), Vincent John Ritenour and Virginia Ann Ritenour. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
