She is survived by: her children, Donna Cummins (Mike Kalasky), Jim Frooman (Leisa) and Tom Frooman (Susan); her brothers, Royce Forman and Bryan Forman; her grandchildren, Brad Cummins, Bryan Cummins, Mason Brainerd, Tanis Brainerd, Kristen Frooman, Lauren Frooman, Emily Frooman, Abby Frooman, Kyland Jung and Kori Frooman; and her stepdaughters, Nancy Herter and Karen Barrett.
