Fisher of Blue Ash, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fisher and Ernestine Fisher (Crissman). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Meyerenke Fisher; his son Charles "Drew" Andrew Fisher; his daughter-in-law Julia Fisher; his daughter Paige Nicole Fisher; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kammer (late Butch), Diane Martin (Jim), Mary Ann Peters (Jim) and Julie Curry (Mark). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
