He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Norton. He is survived by: his wife J. Diann Norton; his daughters, Stephanie Mullins (late Dennis) and Sandy Swensen; and his grandchildren, Derek Lee Singleton, Steven Tyler Swensen, Taya Dawn Swensen and Victoria Lane Swensen. He is also survived by his many friends, co-workers.
