He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Depinet and Loretta Depinet (Cook); his siblings, Carl "Louis", Bernard Depinet, Loretta Goshe and Audrey Hart; and his granddaughter Megan Rose Depinet.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes T. (Wurm); his children, Arnold F. Depinet (Donna) of Tiffin, David Depinet (Kim) of Wellington, Doug Depinet (Jill) of Republic, Donald Depinet of Tiffin and Patricia Bishop (Frederick) of Tiffin; and his siblings, Kenneth Depinet (Karen) of Attica, Elaine Goshe of Tiffin, Beatrice Smith of Attica, Mildred Schoen of Tiffin, Johnson, Erie Black Top and Gerken. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
