He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Puckett and Bethel Puckett (Hicks); his wife April; and his sister Linda Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Jaushua Puckett and Michelle Woods (Todd); his grandchildren, Summer Puckett, Gannon Gank, Lee-Anna Gank, Matthew Gank and Dessa Woods; his siblings, Sharon Goble (Larry) and Terry Puckett (Pam); and his cousin Debbi Hass (Carl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
