She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Brickner and Corrine Brickner (Nye); her husband Gilbert J. Wurm; her daughter Janet Ann Wurm; and her siblings, Mary Frankart and Wayne Brickner.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Wurm (Janette) of Attica, Jim Wurm (Linda) of Republic, Don Wurm (Lisa Rombach) of Tiffin, Diane Wise (Glen) of Attica, David Wurm (Dee) of Charlestown, IN and Dale Wurm (Danielle) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Derek Wurm (Nicole), Jarrod Wurm, Blake Wurm, Lauren Wurm, Dalton Wise, Alexis Wise and Haylee Wurm; her great grandchildren, Caden, Spencer and Miles Wurm; and her sister Arlene Reinhart of Tiffin.
