He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Flood and Gouldy J. Flood (Swartzmiller); and his brothers, Paul Flood, Charles O. Flood Jr. (Barbara J.) and Ray Flood.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Flood (Huffman); his children, Robin Bulger (Timothy) and Jason Flood (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Michael Bulger (Katy), Rachael Hark (Daniel), Matthew Flood, Zachary Flood, Brady Flood and Madelyn Flood; his sister Betty Holt (Daryl) of Dwight, IL; and his sister-in-law Geisla Flood of Texas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home (3085 OH-19, Bloomville, OH 44818). A masonic service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donation may be sent to Seneca Lodge, Republic, Ohio to benefit Shriners Hospital.
