He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Adams; his stepfather Robert Adams; and his pet Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hartson of Bloomville; his children, Eddie Pletcher (Chelsea) of Bloomville and Hayley Hadden (Dan) of Columbus; his stepchildren, Patric Carter of Tiffin, Andrew Carter of Toledo, John Nelson II of Bloomville, Stacy Hartson of Bloomville and Mary Hartson of Bloomville; and his close friend Brandon Davis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
