She is survived by: her daughter Amanda "Mindy" Strait of Bloomville; her stepdaughter Elizabeth Shultz of Republic; her grandchildren, Mikel Essary, Serenity Strait, Shonta Strait, Jessie Rowlett and Crystal Strait; and her siblings, Boone Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Alonzo "Didi" Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Rubin "Short" Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Finley Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, James "Tank" Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Lester "Check" Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Vernon "Rossie" Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Wanda Davis of Fostoria, Zada Perry of Parkers Lake, KY, Maryann Tucker of Parkers Lake, KY, Rosalee Stephens, Nenia Kaye Tucker of Whitley City, KY and Amy Roth of Tiffin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
