He was predeceased by: his father Jim Pratko. He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Vint; his daughters, Rachel Santiago of North Carolina and Amber McAbee (Justin) of Scio; his grandchildren, Alexandria, William, Isabella and Hoyt; and his sisters, Paula Willison of Bloomingdale and Kimberly Cronin-Pratko. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew, two great nieces and five great nephews.
