He is survived by: his mother Kay Lash (Atkinson); his wife Kimberly Lash (Hazelip); his daughters, Brianna and Makayla Lash; his stepchildren, Gabe, Kenzi, Luke and Levi Call; and his siblings, Susan Davis (Rich) and Andrew Lash (Cheryl). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
