He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillipson and Eva Fonow Phillipson; and his granddaughter Cynthia Rose Phillipson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances "Marsha" Varkony; his children, Laurine Cetovich (Jim) of Powell and Todd Phillipson (Carol) of Wintersville; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Luke, Mary Cetovich and Veronica Phillipson; and his sisters, Sister Jean Phillipson, Shirley Huscroft and Ruth Koran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and step grandchildren.
