He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, George R. "Bob" Eddy III and Donald Moore. He is survived by : his parents, Jason R. Eddy and Melissa R. Moore Eddy; his siblings, Nicholas and Alaina; his grandmothers, Denise A. Shoemaker Eddy and Patty Moore-Hutter (Jay); his aunt Sara Eddy (Kevin Orr); and his uncles, Don Moore (Emily), Thomas Hutter (Stephanie) and Matthew Hutter.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953).
