She was predeceased by: her parent Elwood Permar. She is survived by: her parent Beulah Allen Permar; her brother Everett Permar; her husband Ronald L. Tingler; her children, Scott Tingler of Bloomingdale, Melissa Noer (Rudi) of California and Marci Daugherty (Eric) of Canton, OH; and her siblings, Robert Permar of Florida, Dorothy Warbecki of Wheeling, WV and Ruth Morris of Steubenville. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
