He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel David and Marian Lazear Zook. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Eshbaugh Zook; his children, Daniel Zook (Theresa) and Lynnette White (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Joshua Zook (Jayanne), Daniel Zook, Nichole Whitmore, Meagan Winkleman (Mark), Robert Zook (Ashley) and Kendra Whitmore. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
