She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Kreci and Rose Sindelar Kreci Nichols; her son Jimmy Collins; and her brothers, Jack and Gary Kreci.

She is survived by: her husband James J. Collins; her son Jay Lance Collins; her grandchildren, Jesse Collins, Adam Barnhart and Amber Hensler; and her daughter-in-law Marguerite Collins. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
