He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Frey, and Ida Mae Rogers Frey, Sr.; his wife Joyce Frey; and his brothers, Elmer and James Frey.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Frey, Tiffany Frey, Trisha Roe (Mike), Erica McClure (Justin) and Natalie DiBenedetto; and his siblings, Norman Frey, Robin Hoover (Robert) and Nancy Whaley. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
