He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Edna May Ott (Gill); his former wife Agnes Eileen Ott (Lazear); his wife Frances; his daughter Charlotte Eileen; his son-in-law Ronald L. Conaway; and his brothers, Bill, Chuck and Bert Ott.
He is survived by: his sister Lillian Eldora Myers; his daughter Darlene Fae Dindal; his grandchildren, Eric L. (Shannon Keller), Jonathan M. Conaway (Gina Peveich) and Mary Eileen Dindal; and his great grandchildren, Gianna Peveich, Charlotte Conaway and Jacob Conaway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
