Newburn (Phillips); his wife Shirley Newburn (Melching); his children, Sheryl Kay Peckens (Jeff), Sandy Newburn and James Newburn, Jr.; his sisters, Caroline Brown and Sara Swearingen; his grandchildren, Justin Newburn (Melinda), Jared Peckens (Mica), Brian Newburn (Amanda), Emily Peckens and Dylan Newburn; his great grandchildren, Alex, Sydney, Jason, Collin and Payslee; and also Linda Chappel. He is also survived by companion and loyal friend.
