Richard Jr.; his wife Dina of Wheeling, WV; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Julia, Tammila, Stephan Kiger, Callie Cika, Kaleb Richard and Jaxson Richard; his sisters, Toni Brown of Mingo Junction, OH and Joretta Harper (Roger) of Weirton, WV; and also Donna Hanlon (Tingler). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
