He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blackburn and Mary Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Blackburn; his children, Kevin Mills (Tammy), Kelly Hammerton (Rob) and Katina Campbell (Doug); and his sister Elaine Marker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
