She is survived by: her husband Thomas Simmons; her children, Tom Simmons Jr., Keith Frisinger (Melissa), Sherri Simmons and Lori Simmons; her sister-in-law Betty Graziani; her grandchildren, Austin Simmons (Katie), Dylan Simmons, Gage Simmons, Lakyn Carothers and Landon Frisinger; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Seary, Hailey Seary and Waverly Simmons.
