He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hartley and Florence Jessie Hartley (Scyoc); and his siblings, Albert, Everett "Jim", Carl, Clarence Hartley, Leona Buckel and Hazel "Mae" Hartley.
He is survived by: his sister Florence Jean Newlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
