He was predeceased by: his father John F. Kugler. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. (Brown); his mother Donna M. Kugler (Clark); his children, Tiffinie M. Kugler of Wintersville, Billy Jo Kugler Jr. (Roxy) of Denham Springs and Shane C. Kugler (Jessie) of Mingo Junction; his grandchildren, Devon, CJ, Joselyn Adam (Billy Jr.), Sara, Billy Jo III, Charlie Hunter (Shane), Hannah, Haley, Nevaeh and Christopher; his great grandchild CJ (Lexi); his pet Precious; his siblings, Louann McElwain and Johnny Lee Kugler; his brother-in-law John Woodland; his siblings, Debra Hatfield (Cody), Cindy Nelson (Don), Jimmy Kugler (Missy) and Nona Woodland; and his grandchildren, Leo Kugler (Marisa) and Jodi Thomason (Patrick).
