Though Tammy Jo may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Vicky Faye Barnes. She is survived by: her father Richard Rice; her husband Tony J. Martindale; her daughters, Amanda Crosswhite (Jeremy), Samantha Lilley (Joshua) and Amy Bailey; her stepchildren, Zachary Martindale and Joanna Garza (David); her siblings, Scott Rice and Marsha Rice; and her cousin Cindy Howell (Chuck) of Grove City. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
